aesPlla® 365 mg is an advanced Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) injectable collagen biostimulator developed by Oreon Life Science for the gradual restoration of facial volume and the correction of facial wrinkles and folds. Rather than providing immediate volumisation alone, aesPlla® stimulates the body's natural collagen production, delivering progressive, natural-looking rejuvenation with long-lasting structural support.
 
Designed for professional aesthetic practitioners, aesPlla® is indicated for the correction of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies, facial wrinkles, and age-related volume loss. Clinical improvements typically begin to appear from approximately 4 weeks after treatment, with results that may last more than 2 years and up to 3 years, depending on the individual patient and treatment protocol.
 
Technology & Composition
aesPlla® utilises Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), a synthetic, biocompatible and biodegradable polymer that has been safely used in medical applications for more than two decades, including absorbable surgical sutures. Following injection, PLLA microparticles stimulate fibroblast activity, promoting neocollagenesis and progressively restoring dermal structure and volume.

Treatment Protocol
aesPlla® must be reconstituted according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use prior to administration.
General manufacturer recommendations include:
Reconstitute with 5 ml sterile Water for Injection (WFI).
Allow appropriate hydration prior to treatment according to the manufacturer's protocol.
Use within 72 hours after reconstitution.
Inject using appropriate deep dermal or subdermal techniques according to the treatment area and practitioner experience.
Treatment should only be performed by healthcare professionals experienced in PLLA-based collagen stimulators.
 
Duration of Results
Initial collagen stimulation generally becomes clinically visible from approximately 4 weeks following treatment.
Results continue to improve progressively as new collagen is produced and may last more than 24 months and up to 3 years, depending on patient characteristics, treatment protocol and lifestyle factors.
