Shipping Policy

We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle and process your orders.
Processing Time
Products in stock orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. In stock orders will be dispatched and sent the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM Spanish time (GMT +1 Madrid). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your invoice and tracking number. If orders are placed after 12:00 PM Spanish time (GMT +1 Madrid) they will be placed to be sent on the next business day. Products that are out of stock will be labeled as pre-order, allowing clinics and healthcare professionals to pre-order these items to secure their spot for when we receive re-stocking from manufacturers or laboratories. Please note that high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales, may extend the processing time. Pre-orders usually take 2 - 5 business days to fulfill. Please take in consideration the additional estimated shipping delivery times for your location.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Express Shipping:
ORDERS FOR SPAIN: Estimated Delivery Time - Same day or next day free delivery for Costa del Sol - Monday to Friday. For the rest of provinces, 1 - 2 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR EUROPE: Estimated Delivery Time - 1 - 2 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR AFRICA: Estimated Delivery Time - 2 - 4 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR THE MIDDLE EAST: Estimated Delivery Time - 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR USA & LATIN AMERICA: Estimated Delivery Time - 3 - 7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR ASIA: Estimated Delivery Time - 3 - 7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.
ORDERS FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD: Estimated Delivery Time - 3 - 8 business days, depending on your location. Estimated costs vary based on the final products cart's weight and your location.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. Please check our list of non-serviceable locations for more details:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues
In the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged, or you experience any other issues with shipping, please contact us at sales@aesthisave.com within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping Policy
For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may / are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AesthiSave Spain is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.
By ordering the products listed on our website, you are accepting the consent agreement where you confirm that your company, clinic, or business possesses all the necessary legal documentation and licenses required to purchase such products and, if necessary due to the international customs laws of your country, to import the products listed on our website. (For orders outside of Spain and the European Community) International Shipping Policy – Non-EU Countries
At AesthiSave Spain, we are committed to providing safe and reliable international delivery. However, due to increased global customs scrutiny and regulatory changes, it is important that all non-EU customers understand the following terms before placing an order:
1. Importer Responsibility
If you are purchasing from outside the European Union, you are considered the importer of record. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with your country’s import regulations — especially regarding medical, aesthetic, or sterile-use products, which may be subject to strict controls.
2. Customs Inspections and Delays
Many countries, including the United States, have recently increased inspections on parcels arriving from Europe. These inspections may occur regardless of the declared value, and even if the shipment qualifies as duty-free under local thresholds.
Please note that:
Shipments may be held, delayed, or denied entry by customs in your country.
This may occur without prior notice, and outside our control.
3. Returns Due to Customs Intervention
If your package is returned to us because it was denied entry or held by customs:
You may request a refund only if the products are unopened, sealed, and in perfect condition upon return.
We will deduct from the refund:
Original shipping costs
VAT and import duties (if applicable)
Return shipping and re-importation fees
4. Compromised or Opened Shipments
If customs opens, compromises, or damages the packaging, and there is any risk to the sterility or integrity of the product:
The shipment will be considered a total loss.
No refund will be issued.
All losses, including the product value, shipping fees, and any additional costs, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Medical-Grade and Sterile Products
Medical and aesthetic products are highly regulated in many regions outside the EU. This policy is in place to protect our company from the risks and high costs of international returns, especially when dealing with sterile or sensitive products that cannot be resold once opened or returned.
For any questions about product eligibility in your country, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office or health authority before placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Ensure that all shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
In the unlikely event that any item(s) may have restrictions on shipping based on local, state, or federal laws. If your order contains any restricted items, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Welcome to AesthiSave Spain
We strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel your order, we're here to help. Please read our Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds policy carefully.
Order Cancellations
Eligibility for Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@aesthisave.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@aesthisave.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@aesthisave.com with your order number and details of the product issue.
Processing Time: Once we receive your defective or damaged item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement if approved. You will receive a notification once your exchange has been processed.
Damages and Issues
Inspection Upon Reception: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items
Refund Policy for Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
International Returns
Responsibility: For international returns, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

At AesthiSave Spain, we are a licensed importer and distributor of medical devices and aesthetic products intended exclusively for clinics, medical professionals and authorized medical distributors.
By purchasing through our medical platform, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
Exclusive Distribution Our products are not intended for private individuals or non-qualified persons. Distribution is strictly limited to licensed medical professionals, registered clinics, and authorized medical distributors.
Verification Requirement All orders are subject to eligibility verification. Buyers must provide valid documentation (e.g., clinic registration number, physician license number, or authorized distributor license number).
Fraudulent Use of Credentials Any attempt to misuse, falsify, or provide fraudulent license or registration details will result in:
Immediate cancellation of the order without refund.
Reporting to the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies, including the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS), professional medical associations, and local enforcement authorities.
Non-Refundable Orders
Orders placed by private individuals who are not medical professionals or unauthorized persons are strictly non-refundable.
Once an order is submitted, no refunds will be issued if the purchaser fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
Shipping, handling, and administrative costs are also non-refundable.*
Legal Compliance This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on in vitro diagnostic devices, and Directive 2001/83/EC relating to medicinal products.
Customer Responsibility By proceeding with a purchase, you confirm that you are a clinic, a qualified medical professional or a registered medical distributor legally authorized to purchase and use these products.
