LENISNA® 200 mg is an advanced Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injectable soft tissue implant developed by VAIM Co., Ltd.

The hybrid formulation combines 170 mg of PDLLA with 30 mg of Hyaluronic Acid to provide progressive soft tissue restoration and collagen stimulation.
 
Designed for professional aesthetic practitioners, LENISNA® is intended for the temporary improvement of facial wrinkles through physical restoration and is particularly suited to protocols requiring deeper tissue support and volume restoration.

Its PDLLA component provides progressive biostimulatory activity, while Hyaluronic Acid forms part of the injectable hybrid formulation.
 
Technology & Composition
LENISNA® utilises a hybrid PDLLA + HA technology, combining biodegradable Poly-D,L-Lactic Acid microparticles with Hyaluronic Acid in a lyophilised formulation.
 
The PDLLA microparticles are designed to support progressive collagen formation and tissue remodelling following administration. LENISNA® has a particle size of approximately 40–80 μm, differentiating it from smaller-particle PDLLA formulations and making it suitable for deeper soft tissue applications.

Treatment Protocol

LENISNA® is intended for subcutaneous (Sub-Q) administration. Preparation, reconstitution volume, injection technique, treatment quantity and treatment intervals must follow the manufacturer's current Instructions for Use and should be adapted to the individual patient's anatomy and clinical requirements.
 
Treatment should only be performed by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals experienced in injectable soft tissue implants and PDLLA-based treatments.
 
Duration of Results
LENISNA® provides progressive aesthetic improvement as the PDLLA component supports collagen formation and tissue remodelling following treatment.
