LINERASE® COLLAGEN utilises Micronised Heterologous Type I Collagen (HTIC) of equine origin. The proprietary micronisation process reduces the collagen particle size while preserving its triple-helix structure and biological activity, supporting effective dispersion and biocompatibility within the treated tissue.
 
Following administration, the collagen is progressively hydrolysed into biologically active amino acids and peptides, creating an environment that supports fibroblast activation and physiological neocollagenesis. The product is intended to improve the structural quality of the dermal extracellular matrix rather than produce artificial volumisation.

Treatment Protocol
LINERASE® COLLAGEN must be prepared immediately before administration according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use.
 
General manufacturer recommendations include:
Reconstitute 100 mg of collagen powder with 5 ml of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
The resulting suspension provides a concentration of 20 mg/ml.
Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous suspension.
Use the prepared suspension immediately after reconstitution.
Any unused product must be discarded, as the vial is intended for single use.
Administration is performed intradermally using an appropriate injection technique selected according to the treatment area and professional assessment.
Treatment should only be performed by healthcare professionals appropriately trained and experienced in injectable collagen and regenerative aesthetic treatments.
 
Duration of Results
LINERASE® COLLAGEN produces a progressive regenerative response rather than immediate volumisation. Improvements develop as fibroblast activity and physiological collagen renewal take place within the treated tissue.
